Supporting materials for instructors:

• An set of slides is available for download by adopting lecturers. To get the slides and associated image files send an email to orders@taylorandfrancis.com. The files will be made available for download for you.
• If you are considering adopting the text then you can make contact with the publishers CRC and request an inspection copy of the low cost e-book (which is also bundled for free with the paper version). Please note that e-book is not visually the same as the beautiful layout of the paper edition. You can however access the images in the e-book and also use them for presentations (they are not of the same quality as the slide set images).
• Every chapter has a set of questions at the end.
